If you’re looking for a class which will teach you a range of positions to help you with stability and strength, both physically and mentally, try Ladies’ Dynamic Yoga at Langley. The postures you’ll learn will go hand in hand with controlled breathing, to give you a real sense of wellbeing.
Remember Step Aerobics? Things have evolved since its introduction to the world, and those of you who’d like something a little more fast paced might like to sample the next generation, Ladies’ Power Step, at Langley. An aerobic exercise regimen which will tone and sculpt the body, this is one that will really get you moving.
If you prefer your exercise to be water based, we offer a wide range of sessions where the pool is only available to women, whether you want to simply swim, or whether you’re looking for lessons to improve your skills. Our Montem pool offers ladies’ only swimming sessions and swimming lessons on Tuesday and Friday evenings, and Wednesday morning. Our Langley pool is set up for women only swimming on Monday morning and Wednesday evening, with an Aqua Aerobics session just for the ladies on a Wednesday evening.
Of course, ladies are more than welcome to take on the gentlemen at any of Synergy’s many mixed classes. With more than 140 to choose from, we’ve got something for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience. All you need to do is choose which one you’d like to try first!
